The CIA or Central Intelligence Agency was formed after World War 2 as an American Foreign Intelligence Agency. Harry S. Truman signed a National Security Act to start the CIA. The reason it was formed was to stop the Soviet Union and communism.

The main goal of the CIA is to get as much information from terrorist. The CIA is an independent agency responsible for providing national security intelligence to US policymakers. There are 30 ranks in the CIA starting from a Serviceman/Servicewoman to the Director of the CIA.
